Ms Alice Wills joined Wellington Bangkok as Deputy Head Pastoral of Senior School and DSL in August 2025, having spent the past eight years working at Badminton School, a leading independent day and boarding school in Bristol, UK, where she was Assistant Head (Pastoral), DDSL and a teacher of Biology. Ms Wills is also a DofE assessor and has a wealth of experience in leading school trips, including to Japan, Morocco and France. Ms Wills has also been a Governor at a primary school in Bristol, leading on EAL and SEND, sits on the ethics board for a national longitudinal study and has spent the last 8 years leading panels in her voluntary role with the Bristol Youth Offending Team. Ms Wills has a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Biology from Cardiff University, a PGCE teaching qualification and a Masters in Teaching and Learning from the University of Bristol. In her spare time, she enjoys playing Hockey and Tennis and travelling extensively each school holiday. Ms Wills is enjoying living and working in Bangkok and immersing herself in Thai culture. “Pastoral care and safeguarding play a pivotal role in shaping students' lives, and I am eager to collaborate with both students and staff to further enhance Wellington Bangkok's reputation as a leading international school for wellbeing and pastoral care."
