Fiona joins Wellington College Bangkok as Head of Junior School, bringing over 25 years of educational leadership experience across the UK and Asia. She holds a wealth of expertise in curriculum development, wellbeing, and inclusion, having held senior roles at highly regarded institutions including Bedales School in the UK, the British School of Tokyo, and UWC South East Asia in Singapore. Fiona also serves as an Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) inspector in the UK.

Responsible for steering the Junior School through its next stage of growth, Fiona focuses on combining academic ambition with outstanding pastoral care. Her educational philosophy centres on nurturing curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion in young learners, ensuring that student wellbeing and a strong sense of belonging underpin every aspect of school life.
