Mr Gary Pidgeon joined Wellington Bangkok in August 2022 from Shanghai. He has ten years of experience as a Classroom Teacher, as well as various voluntary experiences of teaching prior to being qualified. He studied Performance Music at the University of Leeds (York St. John campus) and then completed his PGCE in 2015 through the University of Sunderland whilst teaching at an international school in Milan. He is now specialising in English teaching, undertaking a range of training focused on Talk for Writing and Talk for Reading techniques aim at challenging and supporting each student he teaches. Mr Pidgeon is very much looking forward to welcoming your child to Year 5, getting to know them and your family. “As a teacher, I firmly believe that the best learning happens when a strong relationship between the child and their teacher is formed.
