Benjamin Findlay was born into a teaching family. He got his first taste for teaching when he was employed as a workshop leader for Hereford Summer School for Performing Arts that was run by his father. He studied Performing Arts at the Hereford College of Arts and later went on to gain his PGCEi through Nottingham University. He taught Music and Drama for over twenty years in various schools in Dubai, where his main passion was writing original musicals and rock operas. Before moving to Bangkok he was the PYP Performing Arts Coordinator at the Swiss International Scientific School Dubai. Benjamin now enjoys creating performances where every child is involved as well as giving opportunities such as lunchtime concerts to give every child a chance to shine.
