Liam Watson joined WCIB as Whole College Teacher of PE in August 2023. He previously taught at Kinabalu International School in Borneo Malaysia. Liam graduated with a first class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from York St John University. He has spent most of his career overseas having previously taught in China, Egypt, Uzbekistan and Malaysia. Liam also spent a year as a volunteer Youth Worker and PE Assistant in Estonia which triggered his passion to become a teacher and work overseas. “I believe through the careful design of learning environments, movement can make a significant contribution to the quality of student’s lives and to their wider flourishing. I am delighted to have the opportunity to do this at Wellington College Bangkok.”
