Emma Rickaby joined Wellington Bangkok in 2024. Ms Rickaby graduated from the University of Kent in 2001, with a degree in Psychology, and went on to complete her PGCE at the Institute of Education in London in 2006. From there she taught in London for seven years before moving to Hong Kong to teach at a British international school. In 2019, she returned to the UK where she worked in private education for four years. Realising that she very much missed teaching in Asia, Ms Rickaby made the move to Bangkok and is now happily settled here. With a wide range of teaching experience across Early Years and Primary classes, Ms Rickaby enjoys bringing creativity and a love for learning to the classroom. Ms Rickaby is very much looking forward to welcoming your child to Year 5, getting to know them and your family. “As a teacher, I am approachable, hard-working and caring.
