Ms Lynsie Monro has been working in education for 16 years. Her experiences to date include teaching and school leadership positions across a variety of settings and with a range of age groups. Her first role was as a Nursery Nurse in the UK which fuelled her interest and passion for helping children develop and realise their potential. During her time as an Assistant Principal at an academy in London, Lynsie supported colleagues in enhancing the Early Years provision, highlighting the importance of co-play and designing a curriculum that offered children the freedom to make choices, problem solve, pursue individual interests and develop their sense of self. Ms Lynsie is very much looking forward to welcoming your child to Pre-Nursery, getting to know them and your family. “Childhood should be an adventure full of magic and wonder where children feel safe to explore, invent and create. Positive relationships and well-being play a key role in establishing this sense of security and have remained a priority throughout my career as an educator.”
