Ms Charlotte Hetherington joined Wellington Bangkok from The British International School in Abu Dhabi, having previously spent five years at Wellington Shanghai, where she was a Head of Year. She is excited as a Class Teacher and Year Lead Coordinator in Year 4. Ms Hetherington’s favourite lesson at school was always Geography and so she went on to gain a Geography degree from Northumbria University. Having completed her PGCE, she taught in a UK Primary School for four years before moving overseas. Ms Hetherington is very much looking forward to welcoming your child to Year 4, getting to know them and your family. “In the classroom, I am keen to foster inquisitive and independent learners. I believe that all learning should take place in an exciting environment, where curiosity is actively encouraged, and questions are celebrated. Every child is unique, and I am committed to understanding and meeting each student's individual needs to help them reach their full potential."
