Ms Pebbles Sam joined Wellington Bangkok in August 2025 as a Year 2 Class Teacher. She brings almost a decade of teaching experience across all year groups, most recently serving as the Early Years Coordinator at an international school in Brazil. She was excited to contribute her experience to the Wellington community and continue to grow her teaching practice. Ms Sam holds an undergraduate degree in Drama, Applied Theatre, and Education from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and later earned her PGCE from Goldsmiths, University of London. She spent the first five years of her career teaching in inner-city London, where she had a keen interest in building children's literacy skills. This experience has greatly influenced her approach to teaching English as an Additional Language when working internationally. Ms Sam is very much looking forward to welcoming your child to Year 2, getting to know them and your family. "I am truly excited to be at Wellington Bangkok. Coming from a drama background, while providing children with opportunities to build their academic knowledge, I feel it is very important to nurture their confidence and self-esteem at the same time. Through creative and engaging activities, I aim to empower students to express themselves confidently and approach learning with curiosity and enthusiasm."
